Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Fayetteville (CCCS) is presenting a FREE financial literacy workshop on Credit, Money Management and Spending Plans & Budgeting. The workshop is sponsored by the Cumberland County Financial Literacy Committee.

This event will be held on Tuesday, September 15th, 2009 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. and will be held at Bragg Mutual Federal Credit Union, 2917 Village Drive.

The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency reminds us that "most potential homebuyers know about the widely publicized $8,000 federal tax credit for first-home purchases in 2009."
